CHANGEOVER DAY:
The change over day is flexible and there is a 3 night minumum stay. Check in is from 4pm and check out is by 10am (to allow for cleaning).
FURTHER INFORMATION ON ACCOMMODATION:
The house is strictly 'no smoking' and no pets are allowed.
The garden is completely enclosed.
A cot with bedding and highchair can be provided FOC, (please ask) and we have a small selection of toys for toddlers.
Rental rates are for the entire property.

25% deposit when making your reservation, with the balance (incl. damage deposit) due 8 weeks before arrival. Payment is to a UK account by BANK TRANSFER. A booking form will be sent to you when you confirm you want to book with us and once the deposit has been received we confirm with a booking receipt showing the payment made and details of future payments required. It is updated at each payment stage and courtesy emails are sent when payments are due. We hope we make the whole process as easy as possible for you.
